Casa Flora is one of the first original villas ever to be built in Roche Residencial, it is a family owned house with many authentic features, lots of character and it is very spacious. This traditional well established andalusian style villa is equipped and furnished to provide accommodation for 8 people in comfort, including 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, one of which is situated on the first floor with its own private terrace overlooking the pine forest: the ‘Tower Bedroom’. A number of personal touches, like antique chairs, writing desks, framed original artwork, have been added to give this villa its unique ambiente, while the all over marble floor in the living room, combined with the spaciousness makes it is easy to escape the Summer heat if wanted. There is a comfortably furnished sitting/dining room of 12m x 6m with 2 sets of double patio doors opening onto the back terrace. This covered back terrace sweeps along the whole length of the villa.

This lovely authentic and spacious villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the private urbanisation “Roche Residencial” in an unique pine forest between the towns of Chiclana and Conil de la Frontera. Roche Residencial being one of the best addresses in the region, directly on the sandy beaches of the Atlantic, it is an ideal place for “coming home” after a long day of sight-seeing as well as a lovely hide-away just for relaxation and enjoying free time. The property is situated in a tranquil and private setting, looking out over an umbrella pine forest in a Nature Park Reserve. The ever moving Atlantic with its white dream beaches is only a few minutes’ walk away. The protecting pine forest and the superb holiday villas and gardens in this urbanisation, create a very special atmosphere, where soul, body and mind come to a stop and are able to recharge lost energy. Visitors come from all over the world to enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, superb cuisine, and of course, golf in nearby (4km) Novo Sancti Petri (36 holes) and water sports. Conil has some excellent beaches - with shallow waters and clean sand (Blue Flag Beach). Roche itself has some shops (a small supermarket, cafeteria and newspaper shop), restaurants and children’s playgrounds. A short drive takes you to Conil with its many shops, bars and restaurants.
Conil: one of the white coastal villages with a wonderful ambience, a resort with a difference; popular with tourists almost all year round. Its cobbled streets, tapas bars and pavement cafes invite you to take part in the ‘vida andaluza’, the andalucian way of life. It offers a wide range of restaurants with delicious seafood and daily fresh fish or try the bulls meat ‘carne de toro’. There are free open-air Flamenco, dance and music performances throughout the summer season. And then there is of course ‘Los Bateles’ the family beach with its clean white sands, vast amounts of space and shallow waters. Come and enjoy!
