Apartment Rosario is a recently restored large light and airy apartment right in the center of the beautiful historic city of Cadiz, an ideal base to discover andalucia. A city with a rich history that boasts, great beaches, bars, restaurants, galleries and wonderful plazas all steeped in an vibrant culture. Everything is within easy walking distance from your doorstep.

The apartment covers 80sqm, and is on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a classically styled Cadiz house situated on one of the most famous streets. The procession of Corpus Christi passes under the window. The whole house has just undergone a restoration of the facade and communal parts. The apartment itself was redecorated internally approx 3 years ago. The apartment is decorated as a home as the owners sometimes live there themselves, so it is very well equiped.

The apartment comprises of 2 good size double bedrooms and a lounge diner that all have small Juliet balconies out on to the street. There is a very well equipped kitchen that has a small breakfast table. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead. The apartment is electric only. Cadiz, being almost an island, normally benefits from cooler air in summer than other areas, however there is a portable air conditioning unit in one bedroom and fans for the other. There are radiators should they be needed in winter.

Satellite TV free to air Astra, digital terrestrial Spanish TV, DVD and CD player, radiators, portable air conditioning. – dish washer, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob. – hairdryer – communal roof terrace for drying clothes.

• Long stays of one month or more over the winter are available at a 50%   reduction on the weekly rate plus 50 euros per month towards electricity and water

• We ask people to try and refrain from smoking in the flat
• We are flexible on changeover days.
• The apartments are available to occupy from 17.00hrs on your arrival day and must be vacated by 11.00am on your departure day. We will be as flexible as possible when we can.
• All linen, bedding etc is supplied. However not beach towels.
