The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (Euros), before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Additional information about rental rates

• After confirmation of availability by e-mail or telephone a provisional booking is held up to 7 days pending a non-refundable deposit of 15% . (all bank charges to be paid by customer). Once the deposit is received, confirmation will be sent by e-mail (unless you request otherwise).
  By paying the deposit or the full amount due, terms and Conditions are being accepted
  Balance of payment (all bank charges to be paid by customer) is due at least 4 weeks prior to arrival or as otherwise advised. If the property is booked within 5 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately.
  Confirmation of payment will be sent with necessary details and directions by e-mail, fax or post.
  You are strongly advised is to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including a cancellation clause.
• The number of occupants in this villa must not exceed six people under any circumstances, failing conform may lead to an additional charge or immediate vacation of the property without compensation.
  On the day of arrival we will endeavour to have the apartment prepared by 4.00PM, and possibly earlier. If you would like somewhere to leave your luggage whilst it is being prepared for you, please ask.
  On departure day we ask you depart the villa by 10.00 AM in order for us to prepare it for incoming clients. If we have no clients coming in that day, we can organize a later departure time. Please ask when you arrive if this would benefit you.
  Change over day is usually Saturdays, we try to be more flexible out of season or where possible.
• A security deposit of €300.00 is payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned at the end of rental providing:
  1.The paying client reports any breakages or damage to us immediately.
  2.Any damage requiring repairs or replacements are paid for by the booking client.
  3.The property is to be vacated in a reasonably clean and tidy condition similar to that found on arrival.
