Casa Vanessa is a lovely large modern house situated in an upmarket new development.

The area:

Fuente del gallo is a small, quite urbanisation just 5 minutes drive from Conil de la frontera. It has a well stocked supermarket which sells freshly baked bread. The Marinero restaurant is a short walk away, with its shady garden terrace at the rear. During the summer months there is a restaurant open on the beach itself specialising in lots of fish including fresh barbecued sardines. There is also a camp site nearby that opens it large pool to the general public for a daily fee when open .

The house:

The house is terraced and has well kept flower beds and its own private garden. It has a terrace complete with garden furniture and barbecue,  for al fresco dining. It also has secure,private car parking for up to two vehicles.

The house is immaculately clean and well maintained. There is a large entrance hall with downstairs toilet and shower room. Off the entrance hall are the following rooms:

Kitchen:

A Large well equipped modern kitchen with its own door to the outside. It has an electric 4 hob cooker and oven, a fridge and separate freezer,eye level microwave and dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a good selection of pans and cutlery and cooking utensils etc.

Dining room:

The dining room is very spacious and has a television with English channels and DVD player and Ipod docking station. There is a coffee table and dining table for 6 people, sofa and single chair

Bedroom 1:

Is en-suite and has a double bed. The attached bathroom has a bath, bidet and shower facilities

Bedroom 2 and 3:

Are both twin rooms. One of which has a private terrace.

Upstairs bathroom:

This has a bath, bidet and shower facilities.

Basement room:

This room has two comfortable double bed settees and so can be used as a bedroom if required.
