This house is spacious, with private off road parking for two cars, its own garden and terrace and only 3 minutes walk to the beach. Sleeps up to 8 people.

       

The area.

“Fuente del sol” – is a reasonably new and quite  urbanisation. Situated within 5-10 minutes walk to the exclusive Fuente del gallo, where you will find a restaurant and supermarket. It a 25-30 minute walk on the beach to the lovely Town of  Conil de la Frontera, with its huge array of tapas bars and restaurants. It is only a couple of hundred meters to the wonderful beaches that this area are so famous for,with lovely cliff walks near by, and a large swimming pool at the nearby campsite (daily fee applies).  It is perfectly located for sight-seeing in the bustling City of Cadiz, Jerez or enjoying the hilltop views of the beautiful village of Vejer.

Entrance and hall:

The front door comes off  from a small front yard which leads from a secure communial gated exterior.   There are stairs to the first floor. The hallway also leads onto the following:

Basement:

The basement is a good size and leads onto a storage room and door to the underground parking area. There is also a large room with two bed setees and coffee table. There is a chest of draws and wardrobes which enables you to use this as a bedroom. There is also a television for dvds and games.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is light and modern. It has a 4 ring electric hob,washing machine,dishwasher,microwave,fridge freezer etc etc, and is well equipped with pans,bowls and utensils.

Downstairs shower room:

A downstairs toilet and shower cubical is always very handy especially with children.

The living room:

The living/dining room is quite large and has a dining table for up to 6 people. There is also a sofa,easy chai and satelite television. The double doors lead onto your own private terrace and lawned garden,complete with garden furniture, BBQ and loungers.

First floor:

The three first floor bedrooms consist of: Master bedroom – With double bed and side cabinets, wardrobe and en-suite facilities. Two twin rooms, again with side cabinets and built in wardrobes. One of these rooms has a small balcony overlooking the garden. There is also a Family bathroom on this floor, with a bathtub and shower attachment.

General information:

The rental of this property includes:

Gas, electricity and water (special conditions apply for longer lets, please enquire).
Towels (no beach towels) and bed linen supplied.

Changeover day is Saturday, flexible in lower season.

This property requires a cash security deposit of Euros 150 upon arrival, refunded on the day it is vacated if there are no breakages, loss of keys/remote control, cleaning charges, unpaid utility bills etc.

There is a one off end of rental cleaning charge of Euro 50 to be paid.
