Casa Flora Terrace

  The area.

“Roche Residencial” – is an exclusive and private urbanisation, and one of the best addresses in the Spanish region of Costa de la Luz. Situated in a pine forest between the towns of Chiclana and Conil de la Frontera, Residencial Roche an ideal “hide-away” after a day on one of the nearby sandy beaches, sight-seeing in the bustling City of Cadiz,Jerez or enjoying the hilltop views of the beautiful Vejer. The villa is close to some of the best beaches in Spain, and also some lovely small coves, which are only a 3 minute drive. There are some lovely clifftop, and pine forest walks which are accessible from the rear of the property.

 The Gardens & Tennis court.

This large villa is situated at the end of a very quite culdesac. There is ample private, off road and shaded parking on the front porch for at least two vehicles.  

The back garden  runs along the river Roche. In the Summer this is fairly dry but it usually leaves a small pond, teaming  with terrapins and bull frogs. It is very large and is made up of 3 main areas:

 The pool area- The pool of 6 x 12 mtrs is in a large “crazy paved” terrace area, which is partially shaded by four impressive, large palm trees. There are 8 comfortable sunbeds. This terrace leads on to a “chill out seating/lounging area” where you can laze about, shaded from the mid-day sun.

The pine garden- This area is mainly shaded by mature pine trees that are so typical of this part of the Costa de la luz. Here we have several loungers also.

The tennis court – For our more active clients there is a private good quality tennis court that leads off the pine garden. There are also rackets and balls available for you.

The villa.

Villa Roche was one of the first villas to be built in this area over 30 years ago. The name “Flora” comes from the name of the lady that first lived their with her husband Henry. Their Family still own the property, and are keen to retain its many original features, including hand painted tiles and Henry’s original oil paintings. It is a sympathetic mixture of traditional Andalucian, with antique furniture, but with modern touches.

…The BlCasa Flora 4-Poster Bedroomue Bedroom

This is the “master bedroom” and has a four poster bed and has two sets of sliding doors. One leads to the “chill out seating/lounging area” and the other on to the large shaded terrace that goes along the length of the building. There is ample wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom with Bath and shower attachment, sink and toilet. There is also a hair dryer for clients for use.

 

 

 …The Tower Bedroom

The tower bedroom is on the first floor and up a spiral iron staircase. This would make it unsuitable for anyone not particularly steady on there feet or young children. It has double bed and en-suite facilities of sink, toilet & curtained shower cubical. It has ample wardrobe space and leads out onto a private terrace that overlooks the pool and garden area. There are two sun loungers on this terrace. There is also a Romeo and Juliet type terrace that overlooks the front of the villa.

  …The Green Bedroom 

The green room has two single beds, and is en-suite with a toilet, Bath, shower head and bidet.. Both the bedroom and bathroom have double sliding doors onto the shaded terrace running the length of the building.

 

 

 

…The Kitchen/Dining area.

The kitchen is one of the newest additions to the house. It is modern with light and airy. It is very high quality with marble work surfaces, a wine fridge electric 4 piece hob, integrated oven,eye level microwave,large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The sink has a waste disposal unit and integrated bin. The back door  leads onto the laundry room and drying area. The kitchen overlooks the open plan dining area and looks out onto the pool and gardens, and there is a breakfast bar for up to 4 people. The kitchen then opens up to the….

 …The living room.

The living room is decorated with antiques and is large and spacious. It has doors leading onto the shaded  terrace which runs the length of the building. There is a large flat screen TV with a full Sky TV package and DVD player. It also has a bookcase and writing table. There is a Telephone and Internet modem available for clients use. The living room leads on to the final bedroom…

 

 

…The pink room.

 The pink room is a simply decorated twin room, with double doors leading onto the shaded terrace which runs the length of the building. It has en-suit facilities with a bath, shower head, toilet and bidet. 

 

 

 

General information:

The rental of this property includes:

 free use of the telephone and broadband  Internet; Maid service 3 days a week;  Ipod docking stations; Welcome pack with some basic food items. Fans in each room; Heating radiators. Towels and linen; Ironing board and Iron; Cots and highchairs on request; Barbecue; Services of a chef may be organised if available when required.

Sorry but no pets are permitted as is smoking in the house.

Notes on Prices/Bookings

The minimum stay in July and August is 2 weeks.
Booking notes:
A 20% deposit is required within 10 days of booking confirmation, the remainder payment of 80% is required within 4 weeks prior to arrival.

This property requires a security deposit of 400 Euros (or equivalent in your currency) to be paid in cash on arrival; it is refunded on departure day if there are no breakages/loss of keys.
