Rural house – With private garden and swimming pool.

Casa Carlota is a newly renovated detached  house with three bedrooms, set in a rural area. This property sleeps upto 8 people (2 doubles and a bunk room for 4).

The Area.

The Carretera de Florida area of El Colorado, is an area in the Cadiz province of the Costa de la luz, mostly know for its production of  fresh vegetables and fruit. There are very few tourists in this area and it remains a very “local farming community”, with families passing down their houses to their offspring for generations. There is a small supermarket about 1km away and also a friendly local venta (street cafe/bar) close by. 

Only 8km away are the  beach resorts of Conil de la frontera, famed for its unspoilt beaches and extremely popular with Spanish tourists who come down in the Summer months to escape the baking heat of Sevilla and Madrid. The beautiful City of Cadiz is about 25 minutes away and it is only about a  35 minute drive from Jerez airport.

If it is an authentic Spanish, get away from it all type of location you are looking for then this could be the one!

The House.

The house is a generous 128 sq mtrs, and has recently been totally restored and refitted with upto date plumbing and brand new kitchen and bathroom appliances. The house has a private parking area for up to 3 cars. It has a large 10 x 5 mtr swimming pool, set in  private gardens, mostly of which is laid to lawn. there are sunbeds for relaxing days around the pool ands a brick structure b b q and outside dining  table and chairs, for those balmy summer nights. The house is well proportioned, light and airy. All rooms have built in mosquito nets on the windows, and has a wood burning stove for cosy winter lets

Bedroom 1.

Is a large double  en-suite. The attached bathroom has a bath, bidet, toilet, sink and shower facilities.

Bedroom 2.

Is once again of good proportions with en-suite facilities of a shower room toilet and sink.

Bedroom 3.

This room is a bunk room and has two double bunk beds in it. Although this is not en-suite there is seperate bathroom off the hallway, with a shower cubical,toilet and sink. 

Living/Dining area.

This area is open plan. There are two two seater settees and a large TV with a choice of German, Spanish and English channels. There is a dining table, with seating  for 6 people conveniently situated next to the kitchen area.

Kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with pans and utensils and is complete with a washing machine, 4 hop electric hob and oven. It has a microwave and large fridge freezer.
