Apartment Siesta is located in a small and quiet cul de sac in Conil, about 600m from some of the most beautiful beaches in this area. There is a small town square with a convenience store, a baker is just a little walk up the road, bars and restaurants are plentiful. The apartment is just under 60 m sq, constructed.It is situated on the first floor and the spectacular roof terrace is reached by climbing up one more flight of stairs. The terrace covers almost 30sq meters and gives excellent views over the town and down to the beach stretching along to El Palmar. There is a triangular Koolaroo shade that offers some protection from the intense sun. This can be lowered if prefered. There are 2 sun loungers and 2 high back chairs that have separate foot rests.  There is an outside light above the entrance door to the terrace,and also some small solar lights behind the plants. There is also a separate outdoor power point on the roof.

Bedroom:

The main bedroom with a ‘Queen’ size bed (150cm x 190cm), 2 bedside tables with drawers, a built in wardrobe, with hanging rail to one side and shelving on the other, cupboards above. There are full height sliding windows to one side, the windows have pull down shutters. There is an air conditioning unit above the door, also a full length mirror, ironing board and iron.
The second bedroom with two single beds (90cm x one bed is 180cms in length, the other 190cms in length), 2 bedside table with drawers. There is a built in wardrobe, with a cupboard above. This provides both hanging space and a hanging shelving system.
There is an air conditioning unit above the door.

Bathroom:

With full bath and shower attachment, a marble topped vanity unit gives plenty of space, there is a small cupboard underneath.

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge:

The lounge dining area and kitchen are partially open plan with a partly dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room area. The well equipped kitchen is well suited to longer winter stays with a gas hob and electric oven, a large fridge freezer and a washing machine. You will also find a toaster, kettle, blender and a coffee filter jug. There are a good selection of pots and pans.
To the side of the kitchen is a dining table with matching chairs.
There are two comfortable sofas in the lounge and a coffee table. There is a 21″ TV, DVD – CD player (as well as a separate small portable CD/Radio/Cassette player) and a satellite system. This flat picks up both the main ASTRA satellites, giving most of the German stations plus programs from across Europe and North Africa. In addition there is a larger dish collecting Free To Air UK stationsthis includes BBC and ITV plus many of the newer digital programs.

Towels (no beach towels) and bed linen supplied.
Changeover day flexible. Sorry no pets!

This property requires a cash security deposit of 100 € or £ on arrival, this will be refunded on departure day if there are no breakages, loss of keys etc.
