Apartment Siesta is located in a small and quiet cul de sac in Conil, about 600m from some of the most beautiful beaches in this area. There is a small town square with a convenience store, a baker is just a little walk up the road, bars and restaurants are plentiful. The apartment is about 60sq meters, constructed.It is situated on the second floor and the spectacular roof terrace covers almost 20sq meters and gives excellent views over the town and down to the beach stretching along to El Palmar.

The well sized sitting room diner has two sets of windows overlooking the narrow entrance street to the front of the apartments.

The main bedroom has a 190 x 150 double bed. The bedroom is airconditioned, the system also provides heating should it be needed in the winter.
There are full length sliding french windows that lead onto the smallest of balconies, You can glimpse the sea from the windows. There is a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

The twin bedroom comes with beds that measure 90cms x 190cms. There is an airconditioning unit that can also provide heating should it be required in the winter months. There is also a built in wardrobe with a storage cupboard above

The bathroom has a full size bath with shower unit attached. There is good water pressure in this part of town.

The independent kitchen is well equipped with electric Oven and gas hob. There is a washing machine and fridge with freezer. There is also a toaster, blender and electric kettle.
